Experience : Min 5 Yrs
Job Description :
Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the Refinery area assigned; Provide advice on appropriate optimization targets; initiate and justify new projects. Monitor unit performance in comparison to daily targets; perform routine engineering calculations and ongoing process optimization activities. Initiate troubleshooting activities in response to unit upsets or deterioration of performance.
Develop individual equipment specifications for capital projects or equipment upgrades. Lead management of change (MOC) and incident investigations Participate in process hazard analysis (PHA) and layer of protection analysis (LOPA)
Provide recommendations on technology changes and catalyst selections. Act as the liaison between the Process Engineering Team and other departments on-site as well as Senior Management Participate in equipment inspections and support project implementation of units during downtime Participate in refinery turnarounds, including any required 24 hr shift coverage and support for individual process callout requirements.
Be aware of all safety, health, and environmental issues that impact the unit, the refinery and all personnel.
Salary : up to USD 1000
