Planning Procurement Manager for Dubai

• Consolidating the demands across Group companies, categories & parts
• Analyzing trends & deviations in demand vs procurement vs consumption at Group Companies
• Collation of data at a group level of demand, spend, issue, release, consumption etc.
• Coordination with OpCo Managers & RPDs on data collation & iterative data consolidation
• Coordinating with the GCMs to feed the demand volume / value data – coordinate with Group Cos
• Tracking & reporting the movement of key SLAs at GSP
• Designing the capability development plan (# & competencies) for GSP & existing procurement teams
• Establish culture of knowledge sharing
• Establish and maintain central reference library for Strategic Sourcing
• Drive development of end-user training materials
