Requirements: 
Bachelordegree in related field or equivalent experience
5years IT related experience
3-5years experience as Oracle Application E-Business Suite Database Administrator
Experience on Installation of Oracle Application11i,R12, maintaining application thru AD Utility , duties of Application DBA.,Cloning and Patch management
Goodknowledge of Oracle 10g/11g in local and remote environments on OperatingSystems like LINUX, Sun Solaris, HP-UX, IBM AIX and Windows 2000/NT Server
Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills.
Readyfor 24X7 production supports. Willingness to work beyond regular hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Oraclecertification is a plus.
Workingknowledge of software development and support methodologies
Knowledgeof Oracle E-business suite
Knowledgeand familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications

Responsibilities:

OracleDBA experience in Database Administration, Installation, upgrade &Migration, RMAN Backup and Recovery, Database Security, Development and Productionsupport in Oracle 9i/10g/11g
Experiencewith Oracle Database 9i/10g/ 11g product versions in multiple environments
ManagingApplication Security (creating/managing users,responsibilities, roles)
Self-Servicemodules - Workflow (troubleshooting, re-assigning, setup, performance)
Investigating potential problems and issues raised by business users thisincludes being on an on-call rotation.
Demonstratesexcellent communication, organizational and follow up skills.
Managesthe Database Management System environment to provide highavailability/continuous operation.
Controlsthe migration of database structures from the test environment into theproduction environment
Hands-onOracle Database experience, which includes patching, upgrades (10g to newerversion)
Detaileddocumentation of critical activities like cloning, backup, restore, etc.
Abilityto work effectively in a multi cultural environment
