• Analysing & Pricing to the document and handling the project in Post contract stage. 
• Adept in ensuring project completion with time and economic Budget. Executing the fast track project and leading the project team with effectively. 
• Co-ordinate with the clients & consultant’s to coincide with schedule and payments. 
• Co-ordination with sub-contractors for the Critical project to catch up the programme. 
• Day to day project management skills. 

 Finalization of sub contractors economically and the finishing items. 

• Providing fast solution for the difficult construction activity 
• Suggestions to the management when and where required. 
• Suggestion on Cost Analysis & Pricing for the tender documents. 
• Planning, scheduling and executing the works in time. 
• Monitoring progress of execution. 
• Administrative responsibilities for the workers and supervision. 
• Presentation in site meetings. 

• Screening the shop drawings like Plumbing, drainage, and Furniture Layout & Tiling layout before submission. 
• Co-ordinate with the sub contractors, Consultant as well as Client. 
• Bill transaction with concern authorities. 
• Prepare accomplishment billing for evaluation of payment, attend periodic meeting with the owner and consultant and assist in the preparation of As-Built drawings.

Bachelors in Civil Engineering 
Should possess 18+ years of experience.
Experience in GCC countries in IT Park,Commercial towers,hotel etc.
