An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to work for a leading building materials company within their production operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As the successful Retail Sales Manager, you will have to develop and handle all aspects of the sales team and forecast future company growth. You will be in charge of supervising a team and ensuring all aspects of the sales department run smoothly.
You will be responsible for the following:
• Must forecast future product needs
• Must allocate sales targets and ensure that the sales team reaches those objectives
• Approach local wholesalers and understand their construction needs
• Acquiring a new client database
• Set price and bonus schemes for retail shops
• Monitoring distribution to ensure on time delivery
Your background should include:
• Must hold a valid university degree ( Preferably Civil Engineering)
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Must have prior work experience (Minimum 5 years)
• Must be able to plan and manage all aspects of construction
• Ability to solve complex situations
• Good communication skills
