Sales Executive and Sales Manager for Tanzania

Sales Executive

1) Actively liaise with the construction companies,architects,builders for identifying new business opportunities
2) Develop new applicators for the flooring ,water proofing and repair/rehabilitation jobs and supervise their work 
3) Develop distributors for a viable retail business with small packs 
4) Expand the project business by maintaining a network of applicators, construction companies ,architects, structural engineers 
5) Liaise with cement plants for the grinding aids business.


Science graduate/post graduate in Chemistry, with about 7-8 years experience of Construction Chemicals (mainly flooring, admixtures and waterproofing).Person should be self-motivated, result oriented and smart and should be able to work independently.

Sales Manager

(1) Scanning of the Nigerian market for identifying new products in the specialty range in the designated application segments 
(2) Work out detailed market dynamics for the identified products by studying/contacting the current level of customers, suppliers, competition etc
(3) Work out product-supplier strategy jointly with the BD team at Mumbai to have synergies
(4) Make a viable business plan for the identified products and work towards its effective implementation, thereby expanding the company’s Chemical business.He shall have to assume full responsibility of the business’s P&L


(1) Science background (Graduate/Post Graduate in Chemistry, B Tech Chemical Egg, etc) 
(2) Work Experience : About 10-12 years of relevant work experience in Business development of Specialty Chemicals, preferably in a trading environment, of which at least 4 years should have been in Speciality Chemicals area. Desired chemical industries working: Personal Care and Cosmetics/Home Care/Food etc. in the specialties/fine Chemicals domain. Prior working experience in Nigeria is required. 
(3) Person should be result oriented, smart and have a penchant for identifying new business opportunities/leads in the designated application segments and converting them into viable business propositions.
