Sales Specialist in Almana & Partners WLL, Qatar









Nationality: Any Arabic National, Indian, Filipino, Sri Lankan

Provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service & timely execution. 

Meet or exceed personal sales goals, utilizing effective selling techniques and design expertise during in-showroom and in-home consultations.


Plus 3 years experience with a luxury brand and/or in a fast-paced retail environment exceeding sales goals;
Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with associates & customers;
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Orchestrate the showroom experience educating customers about possibilities and products, and guiding them through a profitable sales process
Build proposals and quotes reflecting the needs of the customer
Diligently manage customer pipeline
Work with Lifestyle Experience Developers to execute the perfect purchase order and support the organization in successfully fulfilling orders
Interact with industry professionals, cultivate relationships for repeated business and develop a self-sustaining network of clients
Contribute to the overall performance of the showroom where needed
Must be a quick thinker; organized, and willing to work in a flexible work schedules including extra hours when needed.
Must have the desire to succeed, along with a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
Must be proficient with MS Office software programs (including Outlook). Proficiency in WINNER or 20/20 Design software -- a plus
Enjoys contributing to the team, ability to motivate and teach others -- a plus
