Urgently required for Oil & Gas industry Sector in Abu Dhabi
Minimum Requirements:-
• Bachelor of engineering (chemical or process) NEBOSH certification
• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Training/knowledge/experience/ familiarity on HSEMS in Oil & Gas industry PTW risk assessment emergency response HEMP, HSEIA, COMAH, HAZD process safety chemical management OHRA QRA OSHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 HSE inspection & audit incident investigation cops.
• To direct and coordinate the assigned personnel to ensure that the HSE Activities are in line with Company's requirements.
• To develop and ensure effective implementation of the COMPANY HSE management system by line management.
• To provide technical expertise on all aspects of HSE management considering Shareholders HSE experience and requirements.
• To provide professional advice and support for HSE staff employed by the 5 operating Plants.
• To formulate HSE goals, objectives and targets for COMPANY and develop both short and long-term action plans to achieve them.
• To be the Focal Point for development of ADNOC Codes of Practice.
• To advise the development of appropriate HSE training and develop a competence assurance for personnel performing HSE critical activities.
• To collate, analyse and evaluate company performance through accurate and timely reporting against plans/ targets.
• To lead investigation of High risk incidents and develop remedial actions to reduce the HSE risks.
• To participate and manage HSE audits of COMPANY Operations, facilities andsystems.
