Store Manager for West Africa

The position would be responsible for,

1) Checking and maintaining of all incoming and outgoing goods/Raw Materials/finished goods etc.
2) Reconciliation of stocks with books and computer entry.
3) Maintain inventory control as per minimum and maximum level and report accordingly.
4) Monthly verification of stocks.
5) Monthly analysis for Non-moving goods and report accordingly.
6) Dispatch arrangement.
7) Follow up for all local consumable requirement.
8) Submit daily report of incoming, consumed and rejected goods.
9) Follow up with production for manpower requirement.
10) Overlook safety and housekeeping of the plant.

The profile of the said person should be as follows:

1) Must be B.Com preferably with specialization in Stores Management.
2) Must be well conversant with Tally Accounting system and having good knowledge in MS office.
3) Must be well conversant with all activities related to Stores.
4) Must have a minimum working experience of 5 to 7 years in stores/warehouse related functions.
