* Bachelor degree in business or psychology

Minimum 10 Years experience in Recruitment Agency or Recruitment role in multi-discipline company or group of companies

GULF EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Ability to headhunt senior to top level Management 
Well versed with Job Portals, Social Media and headhunting techniques

Excellent follow up and communication skills

Preferable to have his recruitment experience in construction, Catering or Facilities Management industries
