- Experience: 4-9 years

- With relevant Accounting and F&B Cost Control experience for at least 4 years
- With knowledge and understanding of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- With extensive knowledge in Cost Management involving the following-
- Central Kitchen/Commissary Manufacturing Set-up
- Restaurant and Catering
- Menu Engineering
- New recipe pricing and batch production pricing
- Yield rationalization
- Food Cost and Variance Analysis
- MIS Reporting
- Store / Outlet MTD/YTD reports
- Central Kitchen / Commissary / Manufacturing Yield Management
- Demand Forecasting
