Sales Manager and Sales Engineers in Europoles Middle East LLC, Oman

Sales Manager

Reporting to: Asst. General Manager – Sales & Marketing

Planning -

• Expertise the understanding in the OHL design and implementation with vast experience in the field.

• Participation in planning and formation of sales strategy.

• Develop and monitor monthly sales, margin, expense plans, budgets and sales Programs.

• Penetration of new markets and directly manage all sales activities for Europoles Middle East L.L.C. 

• Conduct product training,sales presentations and application seminars for customers,

• Timely preparation and submission of quotations to customers.These may be commercial quotations or may 
involve extensive technical documents supplied by the customer.

• Motivation and education of executives and objective will be to get them to spend a maximum amount of time to work to sell the products and ensure that field staffs acheive sales and gross profit objectives.

• Implements (or coordinates the implementation) training and motivation programs for the sales force which enables them to work to sell the products and ensure that they acheive the targets.

• Research and maintain an understanding of all commodities, the current middle East market, the competition and advises management on competitor activities, pricing, product distribution and related strategies.

• Preparing monthly sales reports.

• Comparing Sales plan verses actual values and analyzing deviations.

• Manages the interface and the information flow between the company and assigned customers and answer their technical questions.

• Interact with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements.

• Travel nationally and Internationally to increase the volume of business through trade shows,business meetings and existing customer network.

• Setting up sales strategies & activities with the Support of Top Management.


Competencies

• Should have at least 8 to 13 years of experience in G.C.C

• Should hold Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent 

• Should Possess excellent communication skills in English and Knowledge of Arabic language is an added advantage.

• Should be well polished.

• Should possess valid G.C.C driving license.


Sales Engineers

Reporting to: Asst. General Manager – Sales & Marketing

Planning -

• Expertise the understanding in the OHL design and implementation with vast experience in the field.
and Participation in planning and formation of sales strategy.

• Develop and monitor monthly sales, margin, expense plans, budgets and sales Programs.

• Penetration of new markets and directly manage all sales activities for 

• Expanding our export business and drive the territory sales by actively pursuing new 
prospective accounts and establishing new category distribution either in new accounts or in 
new area of existing customers. 

• The establishment of realistic sales quotas and methods to attain the quotas and develop 
accurate sales forecasts .

• Preparing sales forecasts and making evaluations.

• Setting up sales strategies & activities with the Support of Top Management.

Presentations -

• Conduct product training, sales presentations and application seminars for customers, both at 
the factory and in the field. The seminars will cover product application, new products and 
sales techniques etc.

• Participating in trade shows and communicate related activities to Head Office and present 
yourself in polished appearance will aid your intention of gaining new business leads and 
contacts. 

• Interact with responsible parties to ensure tasks are clearly communicated & effectively carried 
Out. Serve as a conduit of information and leadership for sales force & customers.

Enquiry and Order Processing-

• Quotations / Tenders: Timely Preparation and submittal of quotations to customers. These
may be Commercial quotations, or may involve extensive technical documents supplied by the 
customer.

• Maintain the correspondence and quote files.

• Ensure that orders received have the correct financial documentation and back-up so that
payment is assured. May assist Accounts Receivable in matters of collection.

• Enforce the approved organization policies and strategies to maximize profits and minimize 
charge back through strategic negotiations with accounts and careful oversee the selling 
quantity.

Market Research-

• Research and maintain an understanding of all commodities, the current middle East market, 
and the competition.

• Advises management on competitor activities, pricing, product distribution and related 
strategies.

• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to the following:

A. Assistance in coordinating monthly newsletter, promotional Brochures, literature, and competitive information.

B. Hosting visitors at the factory.

Reports-

• Preparing monthly sales reports.

• Comparing plan and actual values and analyzing of 
deviations.

General Responsibilities:

• Application Engineering: The Key Accounts / Sales Manager must have technical knowledge 
of our products. This involves two categories:

a. Product Performance and specifications.

b. Application of products to specific industries and processes.

• Manages the interface and the information flow between the company and assigned customers
and answer their technical questions.

• Interact with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer
requirements.

• Travel nationally and internationally to increase our 
volume of business through trade 
shows, business meetings and existing customer network.

• Provide relevant reports to senior management as and when required.

• Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting.

Miscellaneous:

• Further responsibilities from case to case


Competencies:

• Should have at least 5 years of experience in G.C.C

• Should hold Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent 

• Should Possess excellent communication skills in English and Knowledge of Arabic language is an added advantage.

• Should be well polished.

• Should possess valid G.C.C driving license.
