Business Development Manager / Sales Executive for Nigeria

    SUMMARY 
    Building new business for Building Material products (specifically Pipes & Fittings) across all sales channels, with responsibility for handling Project Sales/Institutional sales, meeting with Architects, Contractors, Builders and Project Managers.

    REQUIRED SKILLS 

    Ideal candidate will have 8+ yrs. of sales experience in the building material, pipes & fittings, architectural, or construction industry.
    Team Management skills , excellent oral, written communication skills and interpersonal interaction
    Utilizes highly developed negotiating skills to meet territory targets and objectives
    Strong customer service skills , demonstrate strong team leadership and management skills
    Proficient with technology including ability to operate Microsoft Office Tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. (Excel skills particularly important).
    Help manage research trials including prepared budgets, protocols, write ups or publications.
    Provides accurate sales forecasts and participates in annual budget preparation.
