HR Assistant in Abdullah Al Barrak and Sons Company, Saudi Arabia



Nationality: Filipino

Create and maintain filling systems
Create and type office correspondence using a computer
Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms
Create new employee personnel file.
Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures.
Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
Maintain Expats’ Visa, Work Permits, and Passports
Maintain documents (e.g., Employment Contracts, Leave / Vacations of employees and Air ticketing)
Arranging New Employees Orientation
Follow all company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by manager
