JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Conduct HSE Inspections.
2) Maintain QHSE Records.
3) Maintain QHSE Documents.
4) Assist in the identification of new processes.
5) Follow up on outstanding non-conformity reports.
6) Review and ensure Non-Conformance Reports up to date.
7) Support the assessment of external suppliers/subcontractors, when required.
8) Assist in the audit of suppliers and subcontractors as required by the Businesses.
9) Follow up on KPIs/HSE Evidence Records.
10) Where required, provide assistance to the QHSE Manager in delivering QHSE related training.
11) Assist in daily departmental functions.
12) Other QHSE related duties as and when required.
Health and Safety
1) Strictly follow Health & Safety guidelines set by their superiors at all times.
2) To ensure work is executed in a safe manner and in accordance with instructions given to them by their superiors.
Environment
1) Responsible for following EMS guidelines given to them by their superiors.
1) Previous knowledge/experience of QHSE and auditing preferable.
2) Minimum 10 years of experience.
3) ISO Consultation Experience is a must.
4) Should have experience of inspection of equipments.
5) Diploma / Engineering Degree
