Job Responsibilities :
1. Installing, supporting, and maintaining servers, desktop computer, printers and network attached systems
2. Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems
3. Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems
4. Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments
5. Performing routine audits of systems and software
6. Performing backups for server and accounting system(Sage50 and Sage 500)
7. Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
8. Installing and configuring new hardware and software
9. Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc
10. Answering technical queries
11. Responsibility for security of the computers and the company IT assets
12. Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system
13. Troubleshooting any reported problems
14. System performance tuning
15. Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running
16. Multi-tiered Technical support for computer, mobile and network resources. (Level 1 - responsible for basic customer issues, Level 2 - more experienced and knowledgeable on a particular product or service, Level 3 - responsible for handling the most difficult or advanced problems and Level 4 - represents an escalation point beyond the organization)
17. Ensuring that the network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure
18. Implement category wise inventory system for all the company asset related to IT
19. Ensure that all the CCTV cameras are working
20. Ensure to issue employee access card/ finger printing for the attendance
21. Make sure that all the employees are given with necessary things before they start the work
22. Make request to buy IT related purchase
23. AMC contract and renewal of company software and hardware license
24. Perform periodical OS updation and ensure all the systems are virus free and up to date.
25. Inventory of photo copier cartridge and printer cartridge with proper register and sell the empty cartridge with periodical report to HR & Admin Manager
26. Manage company communication related works like office extension line with or without outside calling facility, purchase of mobile sim card, ensure to avail maximum discounted packages.
27. Any other IT related Job as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager
KPI:
1. Attend and solve the IT related issues on the same day(In-house)
2. Attend and solve IT related issues in 48 hours(outsource)
3. Monthly/quarterly/yearly updation and renewal of Software & Hardware License
4. Cartridge inventory report to HR & Admin Manager on or before 5th of every month
Job Requirements:
Education and Qualifications
Any degree or diploma in Computer Application Certification required – CCNA , CCNB or IP.
Min 6 -8 years of Experience in the similar role.
