• Manage an in-house team of Oracle Techno-functional consultants. Schedule and assign development and maintenance projects to these resources. Supervise the team’s activities in application development, testing &Deployment. Strong Project Management skills is essential.
• Functional and Technical expertise in Oracle R12 modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, Payroll, INV, PO, OM, BOM, WIP). Should be able to liaise with business managers, understand business requirements and transform those to definite configurations in system.
• Provide first and second line support to a user base of 100+ users under an ITIL framework and to handle escalations to Oracle Support. And as part of the resolution process should be able to undertake training of users and draw up necessary process or user documentations.
• Setup of Oracle Apps module configurations in a cross functional team environment ensuring objectives are met and preparing all necessary documentations as per AIM standards.
• Expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) Dashboard & Component development, Repository Modelling. Exposure to Oracle Data Integrator.
• Extensive knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL scripting along with the usage of Oracle IDEs like TOAD and SQL Developer to troubleshoot technical issues and design solutions.
• Oracle Application customization (Forms, Reports) using Developer 10g, XML Publisher and extensive knowledge in Oracle Personalization.
