Aviation Contractor Representative for Saudi Arabia

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Responsibility of CONTRACTOR Representative shall include, but
    not be limited to:

    1 Be the main point between CONTRACTOR and (Company Name), administering and, submitting attendance and overtime/excess hours records, preparing work schedules arranging of vacation relief and coordinating CONTRACTOR(Company Name) activities with Company Representative.

    .2 He shall be called upon to supervise the Ramp / passenger agent and crew car driver position and all other job positions mentioned in the contract.

    PRINCIPAL TASKS:

    Give daily assignments to aircraft flight line servicemen.

    Supervise the withdrawal of material from storehouse for daily use by aircraft flight line servicemen.

    Implement Company Representative directives for the performance of the Work under this Contract.

    Ensure physical presence of workers assigned to the Contract for his station.

    Prepare and submit to Company Representative daily reports on absent personnel.

    Prepare and submit to Company Representative daily payroll time sheets for all Contract personnel.

    Prepare monthly CONTRACTOR performance reports and special services report which is used for billing purposes.

    Direct liaison with Company Representative.

    Train CONTRACTOR employees on aircraft support equipment for aircraft service by coordinating with the contract management.

    Inspect daily the aircrafts to insure all are clean. Provides assistance to cargo handling agents.

    Coordinate with Company Representative and all responsible personnel as required in all matters related to employee performance and job requirements.
      QUALIFICATIONS:

      Have a minimum of five (5) years experience as Flight Traffic Operation Coordinator in the ramp airlines with sufficient documentation as proof of such experience.

      Have qualified college degree or have at least minimum of high school diploma.

      Shall be proficient in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid. Shall have a Fire Fighting and IATA Approved
      Dangerous Goods certificate.

      Be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English and Arabic
