Interview Schedule for F&B Controller for Abu Dhabi, UAE

Applications are invited on Urgent basis for the F&B Controller position for the Groups Of Restaurant at ABU DHABI 

Candidates having an experience in Controlling the Cost Control , Food Cost of Function , Accounts job  and many other operations will be highly preferred.

The Job responsibilities as :

1. To do surprise check in the F & B outlets and Bars, to ensure that there is no pilferage and no malpractice and in the case of variation, take corrective measure.
2. To raise memorandum for any shortage found in the physical inventory.
3. To raise bills and debit to the concerned person for variation /deviation noted on a surprise check.
4. To take store inventory on a monthly basis and prepare variance report.
5. To take month end inventory of all outlets and prepare a monthly closing statement.
6. To control on spoilage and wastage, spoilage has to be verified physically and report has to be made for the same.
7. To prepare monthly reconciliation of food cost, Liquor cost, Beverage cost.
8. To ensure that all excise matters such asP-13 licensing and mandatory requirements are met.
9. To check the sales, sales summary, bill received, discount, voids, cancellations, missing KOT/bills etc.and take the required action.
10. To conduct regular inventories for the concerned areas on controls.
11. To check all the vender invoices with MMR and process them for the payment as per the guidelines laid down.
12. Co-ordination with F & B Services, Production, Store, receiving, and Purchase.
13. To generate the weekly and monthly Food & Beverage Cost.
14. To prepare monthly non chargeable statements for all the departments.                                                                                                                                                                                                              5+ years experience
