Here below are the positions available:
Draftsman/CADD
To develop ISO (Isometric) drawings for OSI circuits.
Update the OSI drawings as required and reflect the actual IFCs on inspection records.
Under the direction of inspection Engineer, Develop drawing packages for modifications.
NDT Technician
Perform UT OSI surveys on mechanical equipment, (Pressure Vessels, Heaters, Boilers, Storage Tanks and Piping.
Review and anlayze thickness readings for the On Stream Inspection and update the OSI program accordingly.
Follow up on the implementation of inspection recommendation to ensure compliance with company specifications and standards.
Properly document and retain inspection records for findings, recommendations, inspection worksheets and actions taken for future references and analysis.
Certificates Required: NDT Lev II, PT, MT, UT and RT
Mechanical Inspector
Perform inspection surveys on mechanical equipment, (Pressure Vessels, Heaters, Boilers, Storage Tanks, Piping, etc) to prevent breakdowns by conducting on stream and internal inspection in accordance to international standards.
Prepare and issue inspection technical reports including finding and recommendation to resolve/prevent static equipment integrity problems.
Review and analyze thickness readings for the On Stream Inspection and update the OSI program accordingly.
Follow up on the implementation of inspection recommendation to ensure compliance with company specifications and standards.
Properly document and retain inspection records for findings, recommendations, inspection worksheets and actions taken for future reference and analysis.
Certificates Required: NDT Lev II in UT and RT, & Certified Welding Inspector: CSWIP 3.1 or AWS
Process Safety Engineer
Main Duties:Process Engineer to work with QCC PZV Coordinator as SMP.Within the role he will be working on PZV projects from design through to completion The Process Safety Engineer will be responsible for implementation and continual improvement of the site process safety, loss prevention and contractor safety.This position coordinates Process Safety Management(PSM) and Property Protection(PP) efforts at the site, including PHAs and PSM/RMP audits. Provides technical expertise to operating units to help evalaute risks and cost-effectively resolve PS/PP isues, including recommendations from PHAs, audits and incident investigations. THe Process Safety Engineer will serve on PHA teams, interact with operations and maintenance and interface with external and internal regulatory bodies.
Education Required: Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 Year experience as Process Engineer in an oil refinery with additional demonstrated experience in Process Safety elements.
