Logistic Officer in Montaigne Place, Nigeria (2+ Years Experience)




      Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans. 

      Develop and execute tools and methodologies to enable effective implementation of logistic plans. 

      Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently. 

      Ensure all supervised staff members are trained as well as cross-trained adequately. 

      Identify added logistic training requirements to attain high working standards. 

      Coordinate and present logistics support to ongoing land and air operations. 

      Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems. 

      Collecting the material requirement from internal department and ensuring timey delivery
      Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity

      Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.

      Closely monitor all deliveries 

      Implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse materials identification

      You are required to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.

      You are also required to ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.

      A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.

      Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with external parties.

      Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and Commitment.

      Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with Minimum supervision.

      Good command of English both verbal and written skills.
