Mechanical Supervisor for Dubai

Essential Requirements:

Marine (Engineer) or Diploma in mechanical Engineering and fluent in reading engineering drawings, tech manuals

Suitable experience in relevant field and at least 5 years in similar position of handling of Multiple Projects and Foremen + various tradesmen.
Ship Yard or Repair Work shop experience in Engines , ship board machinery repairs, fault finding is needed , knowledge of pipe , steel , automation, hydraulics is advantageous 

Job Role

To organize Project(S) production
Organize projects technically with (Senior) Supervisors for effective use of man power and resources
Man power planning and scheduling for effective deployment on allocated projects.
Tracking of projects ( with concerned Foremen) for productivity and delivery schedules
Able to communicate with Clients and SRM for updates and technical issues.
To guide team(s) for improvement in process and Reworks, and utilization of resources for increase in productivity.
Communicate with commercial for updates and manhrs
Produce work and technical reports with team as needed
Enforce Company policies and ensure SAFE working conditions , Risk assessments and DPM, Work instructions
Identify training of men and explore new ideas for expansion for profitable returns
Perform other tasks as directed by Manager / GM
