- Responsibilities of the job include:
- Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Assessing resources requirements.
- Sampling and procurement of raw material and trims.
- Determining quality control standards.
- Overseeing production processes.
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff.
- Supervising the work of junior staff.
- Production Manager in garments with related qualification
- 2 to 4 years as a production manager.
- Must Fluent in : Hindi, English.
