HR Professional with experience in progressively strategic HRBP roles focusing on Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, PMS efficacy & Change Management.
- Primary responsibilities centre on resourcing, partnering with BU & HR Heads to facilitate high impact implementation of Business Objectives
- Support the implementation of relevant Learning, Talent, Resourcing & Organisation Development (LTROD) products within the business, aligned with regional LTROD strategy, and coordinate key strategic processes, partner with Human Resource (HR) Generalists
- o Talent Strategy;
o Talent Management;
o Development of Talents;
o Resourcing Strategy, Policy;
- Develops a consultancy approach with stakeholders based on prompt, accurate and objective diagnosis of business situations;
- Drives the execution of LTROD interventions and delivery of personal specialist expertise in line with functional delivery milestones and as appropriate to evolving business needs;
- Work closely with Regional LTROD on Talent Strategy and Implementation
- 14+ years experience
- Compensation: 300000 Saudi Riyals per annum. Approximately equivalent of INR 53.00 Lakhs per annum, + House + car + Medical LTA Family Status
