Process Engineer 

Qualification & Experience: Degree or equivalent in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering

Supervisory Experience
Experience of Plastic processing equipment and excellent troubleshooting skills particularly in Extrusion Blow moulding

Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs

Duties & Responsibilities
Monitors daily production, collecting and analyzing data in order to recognize trends and potential problem areas develop proactive approach to problem solving through early identification and understanding of problematic areas
Responsible for the Blow Molding and downstream labeling and sleeving processes to optimize efficiencies, yields, and productivity.
Sets up new Process equipment, ensures its satisfactory operation and instructs operators in the proper use of new equipment.

Evaluates, develops, and executes projects, including project planning, feasibility studies, design, drawings, cost estimation preparation of purchase requests, and review of vendor quotations and drawings
Utilizes statistical process control techniques and other measurement tools to develop, maintain and present required reports detailing the effectiveness of existing processes or supporting the need for the introduction of new processes and procedures. 
Continually identifies new manufacturing technology and justifies improvement opportunities for quality, cost, productivity, downtime and scrap. 
Develops and maintains drawings for new and existing products and associated tooling, and plant layouts.
Assesses and documents new and existing processes. Implements and evaluates changes to existing processes designed to enhance productivity, safety, or product quality. 
Works in other areas and performs other duties as assigned.

QA Inspector 

Qualification: BE/B.Tech

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 10 years experience in relevant field

Plant Manger 
Qualification & Experience
Must have at least 7-years experience in a senior technical position with reputable PET Perform producer using latest technology either from Husky or Netstal
Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics

Job Description:
Responsible for the entire manufacturing operation
Ensuring that operations follow the companys standards, policies and practices
Responsible for evaluation of employee work performance, recommending promotion, salary increase and disciplinary action
Management of all Technical issues in the operation
Responsible to carry out all Job Requests for maintenance, mould spare parts and machine parts fabrication.
Responsible for review and approval of engineering and technical drawing for new moulds and spare parts design.
Responsible to provide mould and machine technical specification required by mould supplier for new products for Injection
Provide technical support to Sales department, QA department, Production and Maintenance department whenever technical issues arise.
Responsible for review and approval of related documents in factory
Conduct daily observation in the production operation of all mould running in the machine. Ensure that all moulds run as per validation settings.
To assist in any company expansion/investment regarding technical related issues. Present capital request justification to the GMs
Overall responsibility for all aspects of plant hygiene, environmental including health and safety
Maximize plant efficiency through teamwork and innovation
Carry out all directives from the GM

Production Manager 
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering
Certificate in English language proficiency 

Experience and Knowledge:
Advance time management skills with the ability to prioritise work load. Exposure to ISO management systems, with a proven record of achievement in a high volume low cost manufacturing environment
Ability to manage a multicultural work force
Extensive knowledge of multi cavity moulds and injection machines (300 ton and above), resin drying, mould chilling systems.
A working knowledge of Husky PET systems and Sidle Blowing machines

Key Accountabilities:
To ensure manufacturing standards are maintained to ISO requirements
To ensure that scrap and reject levels are maintained at budget levels
Ensure that necessary production and raw materials are properly accounted for
Compilation of production report month end
To organize annual leave using planning rosters
This role is hands on and is also to take responsibility to ensure that all production staff is productive at all times.

Asst. Production Manager 
Qualification & Experience
Must be a College graduate with technical background
10 to 15 years strong management experience
Experience of plastic processing equipment preferably Extrusion, Injection moulding and Blow moulding, Thermoforming
Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs 

Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee daily plant status and get the daily accumulation of Ext. #1 & #2 output then submit it to Production Manager ;CC to Plant Manager.
Assist Production Manager for smooth operation of the Plant.
Attend any problem of Machine or Product and ensure that they are corrected immediately.
Proper schedule of mould / insert and required sheets size change over.
Monitoring of daily production against target, and controlling of scrap accumulation.
Prepare weekly production planning with sales (based on sales requirement, machine capacity, manpower, availability of material, moulds etc.)
Coordinate with sales and ensure all sales requirements are met.
To check Weekly Manpower distribution and schedule to run all required machines.
Coordinate with production clerk in preparing Monthly Summary Report.
To check and sign Daily Production Job Reports.
To prepare monthly Raw & Packaging Material Variance report against budgeted requirements with the help of Production supervisors and submit to the production clerk to be attached with Monthly summary report.
To prepare monthly budget variance justification as per the finance report.
Conduct daily meeting to discuss all issues and forward Minutes of the Meeting to all attendees and Managers.
To perform other job maybe assigned by the Production Manager
