Branch Head for Magic Tours, Qatar

    Head the business unit in all aspects of the business in line with the approved guide lines, budgets and targets.
    Manage the sales and operations of the newly Opening branch of Magic Tours and establish a successful Travel, leisure and MICE segments.
    Work closely with the team to meet and exceed the set targets
    Identify the potential business opportunities by understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs of travel and holidays and plan and execute business plans based on the same.
    Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of companys products/services
    Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature and follow up the leads efficiently.
    Prepare package itineraries for new destinations and the get the same explained to the team and got updated to our websites.
    Seeking ways to delight clients and going above and beyond their expectations by demonstrating a true passion for customer service by you and your team.
    Negotiate with the airlines for ITX fares and special deals for packages.
    Identify the opportunities where we could operate fixed departure programs every months.
    Head the contracting department with the hotels and other services providers.
    Organize product presentations and promos among travel agencies, clubs and other potential gatherings for increased sales and product visibility.
    Prepare and manage media plans in terms of advertisements and marketing.
    Ensure that we are capitalizing on the digital marketing which includes designing and sending newsletters twice weekly to all the customers, updating the face book page with promotions, SMS marketing on regular intervals etc.
    Conduct periodic training for the staff in handling the bookings and tour packages
    Doing regular visits to potential clients for better client loyalty and business conversions.
    Establish our B2B division in terms of handling hotels reservations and other areas when they need assistance.
    Doings sales presentations in other travel agencies for marketing our packages

    Ensure that customer / supplier payments are managed properly.

    Other responsibilities management may demand as and when needed.

    • Candidates should be presentable with good command over English & Hindi. Arabic proficiency will be an added advantage.
    • Candidates should have minimum 10 years continues experience in the travel business of which minimum 3 years as the head of a business unit.
    • Should be a self-motivated team leader with positive attitude, business ethics and willingness to learn
    • Ability to propose a presentation in minimum time during any sales process.
    • Proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with other decision makers.
    • Ability to craft solution with appropriate products and partners to meet business goals based on client.
    • Priority will be given to candidates with minimum 3 years of Middle East experience
    • Should be willing to work extra hours as and when needed.
    • May have to travel to our overseas offices if required.
