Business Development Head for RSA Logistics, UAE

• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Improves RSA Products marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities for Warehouse space, Open Yard Solution, Temperature controlled & Chemical warehouse.


• Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business.
• Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies for acquiring new business and marketing RSA Logistics as brand in the 3PL logistics market across UAE and global market.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
• Making Cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers & discuss prospects for new business 


• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. 
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the Sales Manager or entering figures into company`s system.
• Preparation of Budgets, Sales reports, & Revenue reports on yearly & weekly basis.
• To develop, update, and manage the implementation of the company's corporate website and upgrades (if needed).
• To develop and update all forms of internal corporate communications.
• To create and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company message to the existing customers.


• To organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.
• To develop and implement an internal marketing programme to promote the brand internally.
• To evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
• To plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.


The primary objective is to contribute & accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities, plans & implementing sales plans.
