QUALIFICATIONS
Chief Engineer Class 1 Certificate of Competency.
EXPERIENCE
12 to 15 years of experience including at least 6 years as Technical Manager in a Company which deals in Port Management and multi-discipline fleet of offshore vessels.
SKILLS
Managerial skills of planning, organizing, directing and controlling. Good analytical and problem solving skills, Fluent in English. Good networking skills
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
Leadership, Good interpersonal skills, Good negotiating skills, attention to detail, Time consciousness
JOB PURPOSE
Plan, co-ordinate, supervise and control the activities of the Technical Department comprising dry docking and maintenance of fleet to maximize availability of fleet of vessels in a cost effective manner.
Provide specialist advice on all Company’s engineering and technical matters.
