Production Manager for Restaurant Chain in Saudi Arabia

    Production Manager (Meat/Chicken & Sauce Processing Lines) in SAUDI ARABIA.

    Monitoring and controlling of production activities, personnel and process in meat / sauce processing factory.
    Essential duties & responsibilities
    Ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of plant and premises; responsible to maintain cleanliness inside the factory & maintain hygiene of all machinery / equipment / instruments.
    Identification of Maintenance issues, reporting any abnormality of machinery or utility and coordinate with superior for timely completion of tasks.
    Responsible to implement the Good Manufacturing Practices in all location and adhering to the standards.
    Responsible to identify In-process non-conformities and initiate corrective actions immediately.
    Responsible to train the employees about process norms, standards, etc., and ensure to follow and implement effectively.
    Responsible to monitor Work In Progress on continuous basis and manage the inventory effectively.
    To review the WIP and inform superior for any shortfalls and plan production process accordingly.
    Responsible to minimize the process losses in all areas.
    Responsible to ensure that all required tests for raw material, In-progress material have been effectively carried out, in coordination with Quality control, before using the raw material for production.
    To verify the results of such In-progress tests and if found not as per the standards, initiate corrective action.
    Responsible for analyzing the use of department consumables, packing consumables, chemicals and others.
    Responsible for preparation of production plan based on orders and pending quantity for delivery.
    Responsible for preparation of weekly log sheets.
    Submission of daily production report including down time, planed and actual production, and reason for deviations.
    Responsible for preparation and analyzing of monthly consolidated reports and submitting to Asst. Plant Manager.
    Scheduling of Manpower based on planed production.
    Control and evaluation of all production employees based on schedule.
    Analyzing and increasing the productivity of the employee with appropriate assignments.
    Position Requirements
    Age : between 25 to 40
    Must have experience in the similar position for 5 or more years and has held steady tenure with a reputable organization.
    Must have basic knowledge food hygiene, safety, sanitation and preparation methods.
    Education: Food Science & Technology Monitoring
