Property Manager/ Real Estate Manager in Imlak, Oman (2 Years Exp.)




      Ideal candidate should be Diploma in Civil with  2 - 3 years of experience in building construction project .

      Job Description:

      Tenancy Agreement Management
      Renting the vacant Flats/shops/showroom etc.
      Maintenance Issues
      Sourcing the property to manage, to rent or to sale available in the market
      Suggestion and Feedback
      Follow up with tenants for returned cheques and due rents
      Other as instructed.

      Salary : 250 to 300 Omani Riyal (Inclusive of food i.e 30 -35 Riyal)

      Other benefits : Free Accommodation, Medical And Transportation.
