We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified executive chef to head in running our upcoming large and busy restaurant with a state of the art kitchen.
2 Hot, an upcoming restaurant with an elegant architecture in Kuwait, offers a fine dining experience with stunning views of the cityscape. It features traditional & continental high quality fresh food in the culinary field, with an emphasis on fabulous cuisines, aspired from India and the Arab world.

Managing a busy kitchen
Setting menus and food pricing
Ordering and monitoring supplies
Rostering staff
Excellence in work and customer service.
Teamwork influencing others and developing relationships within the kitchen and front of house.

Problem solving & understanding issues, gathering facts & presenting solutions.
Achievements & accolades that elevates your caught your talents & are a measure of your success, like chef awards, accreditations etc.

Negative issues Dealing with complaints, rejection or pressure.
Attentive to all minute details of food made, served, disposed and the premises
Experience in Indian cuisine should be minimum of 3-5 years. Valid certificates should be produced at the date of interview.
A total of Rs.35,000 (INR) to Rs.50,000 (INR) will be paid as monthly salary according to your experience and skills. A yearly increment will be added to the salary along with other benefits according to the law.
Our Management will be conducting interviews in Mumbai, Goa, Punjab, Hyderabad, Chennai & Cochin . Date will be informed through your mail which you have provided to us in your CV.
