Location: Guangzhou, China

RIB and a world leading Supply Chain Management Company, plan a cooperation to develop an end-to-end supply chain management platform based on LoT technologies. The project plans to introduce an advanced SCM platform to cut building cost and time by up to 50% and make houses affordable and eco-friendly for the society. We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated person in the position of Product Manager, the role who will work close with software development team and end users, with the direction and support of the lead product management team and with assistance from R&D teams.

Responsibility
1 Write software spec for warehouse management, inventory management, logistics, supply chain management for construction according to market requirement
2 To elicit and manage requirement with clients
3 Communicate with other region product manager and consultants for spec discussion
4 Supporting RnD development in requirement clarification
5 Driving a solution set across development teams and YTWO project
6 Developing and implementing a product plan 
7 Analyzing potential partner relationships and competitor for the product
8 Perform the user acceptance test for the products
9 Supporting RnD and consultant with in-depth supply chain management knowledge

We're Expecting colleagues with
1 Bachelor or above degree 
2. 3+ years of relevant experience in ERP, master warehouse management, inventory management, logistics, supply chain management in detail (Must have)
3 Fluent in English and good communication skill (Must have)
4 Experience in construction industry (Very good to have) 
5 Skill in writing software spec (Good to have)
6 Knowledge in relational database (Good to have) 
7 Computer Software Capable (for example: AutoCAD, MS Office , ERP system) (Good to have)
