Maintenance Engineer
Should have at least 5 years of work experience in a reputed Plastic Manufacturing Company
Responsible for determining and implementing best manufacturing practices for current and future production related to set-up, start-up, processing, and maintenance of injection molding machines to satisfactorily accomplish quality and on-time delivered products to customers..
Apply injection molding principles and molding theories to troubleshoot and process molding operations.
Monitor machine operation for compliance to all ISO, health, safety, quality, and efficiency standards; analyze and lead continuous improvements.
Collaborate with Tool Room, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment and quality problems within molding cell.
Have skill on hydraulic/electrical maintenance of injection molding machinery.
Experience in running injection molding machines (House Ware / Furniture & Crates).
Experience with setting up and fundamental understanding of processing to include: Water, Material, Tool understanding (cores, hot tips, and hydraulic cores).
Ability to use basic hand tools; Allen, open end, and 12" pipe wrenches; ratchet and sockets; screwdrivers; pliers; lockable tool chest.
Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical mindset, reasoning abilities and problem solving skills.
Be able to run the Lathe Machines & trouble shooting / problem solving techniques.
Experience with setting up and fundamental understanding of processing to include: Water, Material, Tool understanding (cores, hot tips, and hydraulic cores).
Ability to use basic hand tools; Allen, open end, and 12" pipe wrenches; ratchet and sockets; screwdrivers; pliers; lockable tool chest.

Be able to run the Lathe Machines & trouble shooting / problem solving techniques.
Tool room experience is a must for Maintenance Engineer.

Production Engineer

Work with Material Handlers and Machine Operators to make sure raw materials within the work cell are readily available
Experience in running injection moulding machines (House Ware / Furniture & Crates).
Experience with setting up and fundamental understanding of processing to include: Water, Material, Tool understanding (cores, hot tips, and hydraulic cores).
Ability to use basic hand tools; Allen, open end, and 12" pipe wrenches; ratchet and sockets; screwdrivers; pliers; lockable tool chest.
