Scaffolding Inspector

Candidate should have minimum 6  years work Scaffolding Inspector. 

Erect and Dismantle different types of scaffolding to provide work platforms, access and ladder systems using safe practices. 

Provides technical knowledge and expertise and supervision for erecting, dismantling and scaffolding construction and housekeeping services for all DEL onshore/offshore facilities. 

To ensure the scaffolding procedure, specification standards are included and follow in work scaffolding erection, construction and dismantling. 

To inspect / check levels in scaffolding erection prior to use. 

Provide an inspection program and certify for all scaffold structures to ensure that minimum safety requirement are met. 

Plans and supervises the daily scaffolding activities for all onshore/offshore facilities and prepare PTW. Estimate the volume /dimensional of work involved. 

Provides 24 hours, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, "on call" business and maintenance support for asset related issues and provide scaffolding support in the event of plant emgencies. 

Supervises and directs personnel in assigned area of responsibility which is scaffolding services to provide an efficient maintenance service to operations. 

Maintains the maintenance logbook, recording details of the works carried out/completed and record daily, monthly, yearly reports. 

Complies with all company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures. 

Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if in doubt, consults supervisor/Engineer before proceeding. 

Participates in HSE meetings and company QHSE promotional programs. 

Performs other similar or related duties as assigned. 

Works 100% of the work time in prevailing weather conditions. 

Minimum 2 years experience in refinery or gas plant. 

Scaffolding erection and removal. 

Familiar with all hazards and safety precautions of the scaffolding trade. 

8 years experience in a gas plant, refinery petrochemical industry as a scaffolder. 

Physically fit, able to work at heights, have sense of balance and able to use hard tools and work in a team. 

Age between 30 and 35 years of old. 

Speak and writes English.
