Production Maintenance Manager for UK

Handling various breakdown and preventive maintenance activities of solid
oral. Play a key role in installation and qualifications as well as breakdowns of compression machines like
Legacy 6100, Fette, Cadmach, Sejong, Korsch, Gea, machines. Granulation machines like FBE, FBP,
FBD and RMG of ACG, Tapasya and Glatt manufacturer, Coating machines like Auto coater, Gans-
Coata, Neocota from manufacturers ACG PAM, and Ganson. Packing machines like BQS, Bottle packing
CVC and blister packing from manufacturer ACG PAMPAC and CAM. Capsule check weighers like AF
25 and Legend 2500 from manufacturer ACG. Tablet printing machines from manufacturer Acklay. Roll
compactors machines from manufacturer Gerties. Quadro mills, Planetary mixture, Sifters, etc. along with
necessary utilities and validation in co-ordination with related departments.
Playing key role in automation projects modification as well as
implementation in the machine. Supervise, Coordinate and perform work assigned for energy
conservation/Automation projects undertaken. Record parameters, Data, Information as per requirement.
Perform the modifications in currently running PLC, SCADA software of the machines internally or
with the help of third party as per production requirement. Monitor breakdowns related to PLC, SCADA
softwares programming and up-gradation.
Following and complying compliance to SOP (Standard Operating
Procedures), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), GDP (Good Documentation Practices),
Safety procedures, 6 S, and Good Engineering practices, complying online filling of documents, record
logbooks as per frequency defined and compliance with SOPs. Carry out work assigned for validation
or qualification of equipment.

To supervise day to day activities on Projects / Utility/Plant maintenance.
To Prepare Technical DATA Sheet, Spare Management for Plant Maintenance,
Prepare proposal for new machinery for process, to supervise contractor & Day today Maintenance jobs.
CAPA and Change control as per cGMP requirement.
To study equipments drawings, Update P&I drawings.
To carry out routine Plant maintenance as per SAP.
Project & installation work of pharmaceutical Machineries as per cGMP.
Work on LEAN (TPM, OPE , 5S , SMED , GPS) concept
