    Roles & Responsiblities of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is 
    1)To carry out effective and timely /preventive/predictive breadkdown maintenance by preparation of maintenance schedule and monitoring of all maintenance activities.
    2) Prepare reports on Equipment uptime anlaysis through MTBF / MTTR for crtitical and repetitive breakdowns and capa implementation through why why analsysis.
    3)Update maintenance checklist based on breakdown history.
    4)  Ensure accuracy in maintenance of rotary equipments like turbines, pumps, reactors,reciprocationg compressors, centrifugal compressors, agitators, gearbox, cooling towers id fans, fin fan coolers,seals, 
    5) Follow all SOP/SMP in plant. Work Safely. Implement best safety practices. 
    6) Effective manpower handling, utilization and allocation of work to achieve zero breakdown.
    7) Exposure in trouble shooting and be available in emergency situation.
    8)Conduct effective equipment preventive maintenance as per PM schedule.
    9)Prepare sops and update existing SMP's.
    10) Spare and consumables pr raising and job execution in site with all safety precautions.
    11)Develop and train sub-ordinates thereby improving the work standard.
    12)Conduct routine inspection for mechanical maintenance to minimize plant/machinery downtime.
    13) Involve in all plant major shutdown activities.
    14) Coordinate all project activities among all team members.
    15) Supervise contractors , workers, fitters, welders in the field
    Candidate must have exposure to handling equipments such as steam turbines, blowers, compressors, centrifugal pumps, seperators, seals, Agitators, Must be proactive and have good troubleshooting skills. Selected candidate must be willing to relocate with family to Ranipet and Malaysia . Initial Training with mechanical maintenance team will be at TCL, Ranipet. Candidate must also involve in implementing best maintenance practices. Candidate must have minimum of 5 years and above mechanical maintenance experience and worked in similar large chemical, petrochemical fertilizer, oil & refinery plants and handled equipments as mentioned. Interviews will be conducted at TCL Ranipet .There will be 3 to 4 levels of Interviews conducted by Site Head, ED and MD
