    Senior Engineer Interior-Hard trim & soft trims

    Role and Responsibilities 

    Interior module (Hard trim & soft trims), fulfilling Timing delivery, Concept and quality based on 2D drawing requirement, tracking any evolution of modification, responsible of the assembly of his module (Hard trim & soft trims), tracking specification are fulfilled.

    - Following supplier 

    - Preparing any pager for PM meeting 

    - Management of ECR / DCR 

    - Weekly design review 

    - Validation of Concept 

    - Updating of SSTC

    - Following & ensure supplier Timing and master one 

    - Technical proposal 

    - Following and resolve assembly issue if any

    - Guarantee Supplier delivery based on milestone defined in Master Timing

    - Managing weekly module meeting, with Supplier / Purchasing / SQE / ME

    - Reporting issue to the Module Groupe Meeting weekly 

    - Ensure DV/DV results meet SSTS performance requirements

    Qualifications and Education Requirements 

    Master/Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical engineering with experience of 8 to 10 years of experience in Interior product development.

    Preferred Skills

    Catia V5 -Part modeling, Surface Modeling, Assembly

    Hands on experience on interior modules like Door Trim, Instrument Panel, Console, Headliner and soft trims.

    Knowledge about plastic parts and its manufacturing processes.

    Good written and verbal Communication.

    Knowledge about regulatory requirements.

    Knowledge of English and Chinese is Mandatory
