Production Manager


Responsibilities:


• To carry out proper production planning and should have the complete knowledge of manufacturing of Patent as well as Classical formulations. 
• Candidate must have the complete knowledge about all the documentation involved in production i.e.; BMR / BPR etc. 
• To carry out proper manpower allocation and productivity analysis including packing department.
• To ensure proper Quality Inspection of Raw Material and report non-concurrence to Purchase department.
• To ensure compliance to WHO GMP, CGMP standards and to comply the requirements of Safety Standards.
• To ensure Production is followed as per prescribed formula and guidelines. 
• To impart continuous on-the-job training (OJT) in the factory. 
• To monitor moment of workmen for avoiding unnecessary unrest & production. 
• To provide necessary reports to management viz; Stock Report, DPR, Manpower Report, Quality Report, Production Report, Materials Requisition Report, Finished Stock Report etc. 
• To run the factory in a very cost effective manner.

Q C Manager


Responsibilities:


• Candidate should have exposure to current trends in Formulation Development.
• Candidate should have exposure to handle Formulation Development, Analytical Development and Packaging Material Development.
• Candidate should have done Product Development of Ayurvedic formulations of various dosage forms like tablets, syrup, capsules, ointment, liquids, as well as Classical Products.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of preparation of technology transfer documents as per the site requirement.
• Candidate will be responsible for Product Reformulation for quality improvement and as per latest guidelines.
• Stability studies to be conducted and proper documentation.
• Pilot scale formulation trials for developed products as well as successful technology transfer at commercial level.
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with analytical groups, Marketing and Operations.
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
• Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.
• 4+ years experience


R&D Manager
