- Workforce Planner / Workforce Analyst
- Qualification:Bachelors degree in MIS, HRM, Data Sciences or other relevant majors
- Experience: Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workforce Planning and Analytics.
- Manage and maintain the workforce management system, business rules, inputs, and outputs
Sr. Technical Recruiter
- Qualification: BS degree in Engineering or technical diploma, Preference to candidates with Maritime academic background
- Experience: Should have minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within Maritime or O&G Industry.
- HR Certifications such as Competency-Based Interviews and Job Analys.
- Drive partnerships with various hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies to achieve hiring results.
- Builds and maintains network of passive candidates and understands and implements on-going relationship management
