It is one the largest and premier Edible Oil Refinery Industries in Nepal

• Maintenance Planning ,Scheduling, Executing  and Monitoring Capability 
• Pm Maintenance basic steps and tools effectively & efficiently execution
• To prepare and demonstrate the daily OEES, LU , Capacity Utilization Reports on shift basis 
• To analyse and execute the problems solving techniques and tools to find out appropriate solution
• To establish and execute the 5S & Kaizen principles on shop floor
• To effectively and eeficiently operate the sets of Utilities like Boilers, Air Compressors, Ammonia based Refrigeration, Water Treatment Plant , Cooling Tower , ETP and Steam Management system
• To initiate and  be capable to guide for engineering automation in desired areas
• To have fully aware of  TQM Principles effective implementation 

• To be capable to set the monthly /quartely and yearly SMART Goals and achieving Initiatives 
• To be fully capable on operational aspects of Edible Oil Refinery Plant from Operation & Maintenance points of view.
• To be capable to demonstrate ones analytical skills on better documentation & presentation with daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reports on maintenance
• To be capable to manage the Inventory of required Engs spares with Store 
• ERP based maintenance planning 7 execution
• To have capability on ISO 14K & 18K System Compliance  level skills and knowledges
• To be able to have basic understanding of instrumentation functioning
