    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    SECONDARY SALES & PRIMARY SALES: 
    To drive brand pack primary & secondary sales through team and distributors

    COVERAGE : 
    Identifying new distributors in the region.
    Assisting distributors to achieve their sales growth.
    Responsible for stocks and inventories at the distributor level and accordingly coordinate with HO for new dispatches.
    Address queries and concerns/resolution of disputes of distributors.
    Training of distributors

    STOCKIEST PERFORMANCE: 
    Stockiest ROI management
    Monitoring performance and motivating the Stockiest
    MIS: 
    Monthly primary & secondary plan
    Permanent journey plan
    Tour program
    Daily Sales Report
    Expenses Statement
    JC performance report
    3+ years experience

    OTHER CRITERIA
    Age upto 35 yr
    Qualification 12 Pass or Any Graduation (required) or MBA
    Industry FMCG Preferable Oils (food only Masala, Biscuits, Tea etc)
    Fixed Salary +DA+Mobile Bill+ Incentive etc
