Saint- Goabin Ceramic Materials Bhutan Pvt. Ltd. is a part of the Saint-Gobain Group and a market leader in Silicon Carbide business in India. SGCMBPL manufactures Silicon carbide crude and Grains. The Plant has capacity to produce 13,000 tons of SiC Crude and 6,000 tons of SiC Grains per annum. The major Industries that use our product are Abrasives, Ceramic Refractory, Steel Refractory, Crucible and Metallurgical Manufacturers

Position: CSD Executive

3+ years experience

Overall responsibility of Customer service function which includes:
1. Coordinating with the sales team / customer for collating the Sales orders / Forecast for Production planning.
2. Planning of Sales for the month / Quarter by close coordination with sales Team.
3. Planning the delivery schedules & coordination with relevant Production departments and communicating back to Sales team/ customer on regular updates.
4. Logistics Management for all outgoing material - To get the best rates for different destinations and coordination with shortlisted transporters for timely dispatch
5. Delivery of goods & managing customs procedures as per rules.
6. Recording & maintenance of all relevant documents like invoices, transporter's quotations, comparisons, BOE, sales details etc 
 7. Tracking the Order Inflow and open orders - 8. Consolidating and reporting of Sales end of every month

Technical Skills:
1. Good technical knowledge in the field of electrical and electronics
2. Knowledge of TPM/TQM/KAIZEN etc..
3. Experience of working in shop floor.
4. Ability to handle a group of people .
5. Good analytical and communication skill
