Position: Outlet Concept Manager - Fresh Section
Job Description/Responsibilities: 

• Driving sales & Profitability (topline) On the field sales person .
• Inventory Management Requisition < Stock holding, Receiving ,storage Back store Administration Should have handled Stock ordering , Stock replenishment system
• Sales Margins Knowledge of Industry Benchmarks in Margin
• After Sales Administration Should be fluent in English & Communication
• Merchandising & marketing -
• Inventory Control Movement ,Ageing
• Shop floor administration
• Driving Team performance On the job training , handholding, discipline /all staff related matters
• Adherence to Systems & process
• 
  
• Proficiency in Written & Spoken English
• Ability to Multitask and work with a sense of Urgency in task completion
• Ability to work on Computers with specifics to MS office
• Ability to communicate well amidst people
• Ability to Train and track team performance and be Accountable for the execution of the role
• Adherence to process & systems
• Should have consistently worked and grown levels within the organization and have independently managed an entire concept or department including being accountable for the Business profitability
• Be a Team Player.
