Job Title: HSE Officer

Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ Years of Relevant Experience

Education/ Qualification Required:
Bachelor in HSE/ Diploma in HSE or Bachelor in Electrical/ Diploma in Electrical

HSE Qualification:
NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safety, IMS Internal Auditor, Diploma in HSE/ Diploma in Industrial Safety

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage the HSE in Electrical Projects mainly in 33KV/ 132KV Substation/ Grid Station activities and overhead line construction activities at least up to 132KV
• Must Familiar with all Electrical Hazards and Controls
• Establishment, Implement and Maintenance of a HSE Management System for Mechanical Project
• Fully responsible to maintain all HSE documentation at site
• To provide assistance & guidance to identify risk factors & environmental impact for development of an integrated Health, Safety & Environment Management Program
• To Investigate incidents/ accidents, dangerous occurrence & near misses, determine their root cause and implement recommendations for recurrence prevention & control
• To Monitor Project Work Sites & Any Outstanding HSE Issues
• To participate in Safety Meetings

• To follow instructions from Management to avoid repetitive failure & other problems
• Prepare Weekly/ Monthly site visit/ Inspection schedule and monitor HSE Compliance at site and review performance on new HSE activities
• To create HSE alert, HSE bulletin and conduct awareness session for the same
• To maintain the records of sub-contractor and conduct frequent audits to ensure compliance
