      Store Keeper
          Age Group: 25 to 35 Years
          Should be Commerce Graduate with Accounting experience working at similar position from Industrial Food Catering Company.
          Should have hands-on work experience of working in Food Stores.
          Should have good knowledge of Stores systems, Material Management Systems and procedures, ERP, Tally software.
          Should have knowledge on Health Safety Environment policy standards
          Chef De Partie
              Should have 2 -3 years of experience in catering industry.

              Should be specialised in Conti/Italian/ Indian cuisines.

              Commi - I (Indian Curry & Tandoor)
                Should have hands on experience of preparing variety of Authentic Indian Curries & Tandoor Cuisines.

                Variety of Veg & Non- Starters, Main course dishes, must have experience of working in fast pace kitchen environment of Authentic Indian Cuisines fine dine restaurant

                Ability to communicate in English

                Commi - I , II (Garde Manager)

                • Should have hands on experience of preparing variety of Cold Appetizers, Cold Sauces, Canapes, Salad dressings, sandwiches, creating decorative elements for buffet presentation and preparing accompaniments.
                • Should have knowledge on preparation and storing cold cuts and items.
                • Ability to communicate in English

                Commi - I (Butcher)
                  Should have experience with all kind of Meat cutting, deboning in bulk quantity, providing a variety of meat cuts on the basis of the requirements of the menu and the chefs. Should have experience of Stake, Rump, Brisket, Ribs, Flank, Loin and Sirloin.

                  Ability to communicate in English
