Training Officer 
Qualification: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Public Relation 
Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience in relevant field. 
Proficient in Office Computer Applications, Word, Excel, Access, Power-point 
To coordinate trainings and briefings and have a specific focus on ensuring scheduling, developing and delivering training

Purchaser 
Qualification:Any Graduate 
Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in similar field 
Have a good knowledge of the Saudi market for Facilities Catering Process. 
Experience in construction/facilities management/operations & maintenance industries

Asset Manager 
Qualification: Bachelors degree in business, finance or related field, MBA preferred. 
Experience: Should have minimum 7 to 10 years experience in similar field. 
to assist in all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital and operations of the assigned portfolio, also plan and manage assets according to our clients needs and work to beneficially grow their portfolio while minimizing risks. 

Maintenance Foreman 
Qualification: SSC/HSC 
Experience: 7yrs work exp in repair,maintenance,operations equipments of HVAC systems,District Cooling Plants RO plants, Pumps and Pumping stations, piping networks.

Planning Supervisor 
Qualification:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner in either a Facilities Management or Shipyard environment.

Landscaping Supervisor 
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in agriculture/architecture or similar field 
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in desert landscaping.Knowledge of the landscaping equipment's & tools. experience in lawn maintenance, knowledge of the irrigation network components.

Boiler Operator 
Qualification: Diploma/certification of boiler operation 
Experience: Experience as Boiler Operator Manage the boiler ensuring it is functional and safe at all times with related valves, gauges, piping, and other equipment.

BMS Operator
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Instruments/Electrical engineering. 
Experience: 7yrs work exp as BMS Operator and shall be responsible for Op& maint of Instruments on Mechanical system, HVAC system, plumbing system, including electronic to optimize energy use.

Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting Technician 
Technical qualification in electronics, 
Experience: 5yrs work experince in repair, maintenance, troubleshooting of firefighting systems.

Generator Technician (Electrical) 
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical 
Experience: 3-5yrs work exp in Generator Plants as Generator Technician with repair,trouble shooting,maintenance of Electrical related works.

HVAC Technician 
Qualification: ITI/Diploma 
Experience: Minimum 07 years experience with Strong background in operations and maintenance of HVAC system. 
Experience with all types of HVAC including Heat Recovery, CAV/VAV systems, AHU & FCU systems, packaged units, splits, evaporative coolers. Strong background in operations and maintenance

Mechanical Technician 
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 
Experience: Minimum 07-10 years of experience in maintaining pumps, chilled water system, potable, fire and irrigation water systems. Mechanical Technician maintains, troubleshoot and test the Mechanical systems.

RO Plant Operator 
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 
Experience: Minimum 07 years of operation and maintenance experience in RO Plant. 

STP Operator 
Qualification: Diploma in Electro Mechanical 
Experience: Should have minimum 1-3 years experience in operating microbiological sewage treatment plants.Operate mechanical and electro mechanical equipments and machines specifically (lifting pumps , booster pumps, air blowers , mixers , valves , fans , odour removal equipment ,mechanical screens , grit and grease scrapers , sludge dewatering equipments , conveyors , chain wiches , chemical dosing pumps, air compressors ,electric control panels , electric power panels)

Pump Technician 
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical 
Experience: Minimum 07-10 years of experience in maintaining centrifugal pump, Submersible pumps and vertical pumps etc. Pump Technician maintains, troubleshoot and test all kind of pumps. 

Water Analysis Technician 
Qualification: Diploma in Chemistry or equivalent preferred, 
grade supplemented by specialized training chemistry, water quality analysis, water utility science 
Experience: 3 years work experience related to water analysis with PH values /quality technicians/technologists are responsible for testing and monitoring water supplies and making certain water is safe.

Chiller Technician/Operator 
Qualification: Diploma OR Degree in Mechanical/Industrial engineering. 
Experience: 7yrs work exp in operation, monitoring and maintenance of District Cooling Plant including Centrifugal Chillers works 

Key Controller 
Experience: Should have minimum 1 to 2 years experience in similar. 
Storing all furniture keys, office keys 
Key keepers should have a certificate and craftsman skill is preferable with some experience. 
Maintain a log of key cylinders for all areas 
To be able to maintain activity and key labels against keys location. 
Complying with all company related operating procedures 
Provide key for end users upon request approval 
Not to share, loan master key Under any circumstance for security reasons 
Maintain log and reports regarding key issuance, duplicates and emergency requests 
Be available for rotating emergency after working hour if required as per business needs

Petrol Station Operator 
Qualification: SSC/HSC 
Experience: 1-2 yrs relevant work exp as Station Operator with operation of all equipment necessary to maintain gas delivery into and out of the storage facility.oil, grease, service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment and station.
