1. Dairy Farm Manager

Responsible for overall management of the dairy herd, including milking, herd health, and breeding, up keeping of facilities and Feeding. 
Milking, Upkeep of facilities, grounds and equipment, Pasture management, Herd management
Proposes a strategy to ensure optimal milk yield. 
Prepares schedule of vaccination and breeding. 
Monitors routing injuries and illness in animals and treatment.
Oversees fodder reservation such as silage and hay making. 
Controls the milk hygiene and quality.
Supervising the handling of milking machines and maintenance 
Conducts least cost formulation for feeding of dairy cows

2. Production Manager - Dairy

Must have more than 15 years of experience into similar role in Dairy Industry and an experience in Handling Teams along with experience in handling Production for a Plant with Different lines of Dairy Products.
Must have prior experience in handling Milk Products, Milk Powder, Flavored Yoghurts, Butter etc.
Candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of Production while focusing on Cost, Quality and Safety. Prior experience in providing leadership, direction, and guidance to Production personnel and handling team is required.

3. PRODUCTION MANAGER - ICE CREAM

A person with 10-20 years of experience in manufacture of ice creams and frozen dessert. They will be Responsible for overall ice cream production
Having good knowledge in manufacturing of milk, Dairy products and Ice Cream. 

4. PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Good knowledge on process flow of various dairy products
Standardization of batches as per production plan & quality norms
Monitoring and controlling of process parameters
Effective utilization of manpower
Monitoring and controlling of material losses
Identifying & implementation of saving projects with respect to power, fuel, packing material, ingredients, cleaning chemicals

5. Dairy/ Food Testing Engineer

Proficient in dealing with R&D initiatives, testing, process improvement and Validation.
To take active role in standard product development and validation for functional parameters. 
To release trial reports for the tested equipment on time by adhering the development schedule. 
To ensure proper maintenance and utilization of in-house testing facilities installed at R&D process & Food testing lab.
To ensure the physical, chemical and microbiology testing of Dairy/Food Product and water samples.
To ensure the calibration and maintenance of all instruments in Food Testing Lab.

6. Dairy Technologist

Ensure conducting raw milk testing as per the quality standards and processes with minimum variation.
Ensure accurate monitoring of processing, packaging, storage and Dispatch of finished goods and its adherence to processing parameters and Finished Product Quality standards.
Monitoring end to end activities from material receiving, material balancing, manufacturing, quality assurance and dispatch and ensure compliance at each level.
Ensure proper calibration of Testing equipment and instruments.
Ensure timely finished goods dispatch from the Plant.
Ensure compliance of milk and milk products as per the relevant rules and regulations, such as FSSAI, Weights and Measures, etc.

7. Quality Manager - Dairy 

The person should have at least 10+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager / Quality Manager in a Dairy/Milk environment. 
Update and maintain the Quality manuals relating to ISO22000, GMP, GLP, and HACCP to ensure compliance with world-class global standards 
Ability to manage team and also be hands-on in conducting Physical / chemical / microbiological analysis of Samples 
Prepare the SOPs for the factory 
Maintain the hygienic and GMP norms of plant 

8. Executive - Dairy (Maintenance)

Leading a team of technicians for smooth operation and maintenance of Utilities viz. Refrigeration plant, Cold Stores, Deep freeze, Boiler section, Electrical sub-station with HT/ LT panels, DG Sets, Water supply and distribution including softening plant, Effluent Treatment Plant.
Work in close coordination with production team to provide support for maintenance of all dairy equipment.

9. Trainer - Dairy Farmer/Entrepreneur

Conduct theory and practical sessions with field assets. Prepare training session plans & presentations.

10. Dairy Development Manager

Candidate will be expected to guide dairy farmers in good milking practices while helping them in herd management and the care and treatment of diseased animals.
Providing training to farmers on safe milking, milk production enhancement, while maintaining and reducing the cost of production, whilst working towards the improvement of food safety and quality of milk is a must.
Fieldwork and interaction with dairy farmers on a daily basis is a given. Promotion of ration quality control is a prerequisite.
Candidate will be responsible for the development and initiation of protocols to monitor and improve her health.

11. Sales Executive -dairy Products

Ensure Dairy Milk is delivered daily by the delivery boys to the consumer. Eventually Responsible for opening new outlets - Ability to identify target outlets (Stand alone Grocery Stores / Super Markets / Modern Trade Outlet) and build business. 
Sales, Order Booking, Promotion, Business Development of Milk & Dairy Products. In Mumbai.

12. Client Management Specialist - Dairy

To manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site blue chip clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities. 
Working with the Head of Sales, Marketing, Services and teams to ensure that service requirements are understood and implemented in line with client expectations.
Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service and suppliers provide consistent service
Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.
