We have an Excellent Opportunity for Top International Restaurant Brands in Saudi Arabia.

Position Required- Restaurant Manager / Front Of House Manager.
No of Vacancies - 20

Mandatory Requirement 
Should have minimum 2 to 5 years experience in relevant field.
Should have Good Communication skills in English.
Should have pleasant personality & mannerism.
Age limit: 25 to 35 years.

Duties and Responsibilities
Should be responsible for the business performance of the restaurant
Should be responsible to analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability
Should be responsible to organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
Should be responsible to prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
Should be responsible to create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
Should be responsible to set budgets or agree them with senior management
Should be responsible to plan and coordinate menus
Should be responsible to coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
Should be responsible to recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
Should be responsible to respond to customer queries and complaints
Should be responsible to meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices
Should be responsible to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Should be responsible to check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
