Operation Coordinator - Facility Management

Bachelor Degree /Diploma with more then 2 years working experience as FM Operation Coordinator. Good communication skills, English is a must, Arabic preferable. Well versed with Microsoft office and good knowledge of equipments and handling manpower

Time Keeper
Bachelor Degree /Diploma with more then 2 years working experience as Time Keeper. Good communication skills, English is a must, Arabic preferable. Well versed with Microsoft office. Accountable for collection of all the time sheets for equipment /man power working in various sites of maintaining daily attendance of operations staff
Operations Coordinators
Graduate of BA or equivalent with 3-5 years working experience as Operation Coordinator. Preferably within Facility management, Heavy equipment rental or construction industry
Maintenance Technician
High school /Industrial Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years maintenance technician with all Electrical & Plumbing experience. Do all maintenance work required as requested by client site coordinator. Visit sites, Patrol & check all camp premises, cabinets, light equipment , generators, electric panels at all camp/site locations are in proper working condition
Assistant Mechanic
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with more then 4 years working experience as Asst. Mechanic. To assist Mechanics in servicing, adjusting, performing minor repair and preventative maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Change oil, filters, lubricate & clean vehicles & equipment
Denter
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with more then 5 years working experience as Denter. File, grind, sand and smooth filled or repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools. Sand body areas to be painted.
Follow supervisors' instructions as to which parts to restore or replace and how much time the job should take
Heavy Equipment Mechanic
