Supervising the execution of the production plans and programs after discussing and reviewing them with the Factory Manager and ensuring the commitment to the factorys set production plans and programs in order to fulfill the local and foreign markets requirementsExplaining the production plans, distributing the production orders on the production's units heads and monitoring the production processes to guarantee their progressing as per the set plan in the production schedule
Monitoring the quantities of the consumed and produced items by overseeing the monthly physical counting and reviewing the market's requirements for the purpose of setting and modifying the production plans and therefore achieving the optimum production volume
Supervising the operation of the production lines and ensuring achieving the required production quality as per the towers' determined specifications Ensuring optimum and efficient utilization of the labors and machines through organizing the work and following up and monitoring the production processes
Supervising processes which aim at ensuring about the specifications of the produced items' in coordination with the Quality Control Department, solving the quality related problems, suggesting the appropriate preventive and corrective actions, following up on their execution and ensuring the commitment of all employees in the Production Department to quality procedures during all the different production phases

Studying the periodic reports of the production process progress which show the produced quantities and machines' situation and suggesting solutions that aiming at solving and overcoming the problems of the production process
